easy access location provided slippers nice touch clean toilet bathroom single shower shower smart tv tv extra pillow pillow
the location had easy access to brick lane. the provided slippers were a Nice touch. the communal area included a Little kitchen area. it was quite good and the bathroom and toilet rooms were clean!
there was only one shower between twelve guests. the smart tv in the pod had some issues. an extra pillow would have been very helpful, i think.

free slippers ear plugs online system
I found slippers, ear plugs, water, and a towel provided. the online system is efficient. There is no visible staff. entering with a password felt secure and easy. i felt both safe and comfortable in the capsule, and guests generally retired early.
the lock on my capsule didn't work! the host told me they would look at the lock in the morning but that wasn't helpful.

The kitchen included a microwave and fridge. I noted provided amenities. i also saw a massage chair available . free tea bags and coffee were a welcome bonus.

Pre-stay information made check-in simple, everything ran smoothly. the owner sends all the information so i could manage independently. i had a good experience. Any issues were resolved quickly, i was charmed by their helpfulness.

The location provided easy access to different areas. tube stations are a short walk away. i was close to a variety of shops. bars and restaurants were plentiful. It was really handy!

plastic walls useless tv
the capsule was quite compact. i found myself bumping into the plastic walls more often than i'd like to admit. also, the tv was a nice thought, but it turned out to be a bit useless since there were no channels available.. it was like having a fancy paperweight.

The capsule design offered a good sense of privacy, even in a shared hostel setting. I found useful items like ear defenders, a towel, and headphones were provided. A smart tv, adjustable lights, and a fan also enhanced the capsule experience. The temperature of the shower was just right , and i appreciated the modern amenities.
The USB-C charging system in my capsule WAS not working properly.

noise issue soundproofing
the location was great, near liverpool street station.
I found the noise to be a real problem. I could hear everything from capsule doors slamming to random humming in the kitchen. it felt more like a party than a place to rest.

clean space shared bathroom great experience detailed instructions
the space was very clean including the shared bathroom. i found that it was cleaned everyday. the check-in experience was great. instructions arrived a good time before my stay and were very detailed therefore i knew what to do before i arrived.
the shower was clogged when i went to use it there were no fresh towels. i had to reuse my small towel. full-sized towels would have been better
